Mike Williams
Mike Williams is nationally
recognized as a leading trial lawyer in the field of pharmaceutical
mass torts. He is particularly known for his understanding of
science and medicine, and for his ability to “connect
the dots” between the drug a client has taken and the

national law firms and from Canada regularly ask Mike to work

Linda Love
During the first 20 years of her practice,
Linda represented more than a thousand injured workers and tried
hundreds of cases in hearings before the Workers' Compensation
Board. Beginning in 2001, Linda has handled the firm's "Fen-Phen"
Primary Pulmonary Hypertension (PPH) cases, along with partners
Williams and O'Leary. They successfully resolved cases for
PPH clients who lived in Oregon, Washington, California, Colorado,
Massachusetts, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma, Michigan, Rhode Island,
Ohio, Utah, Louisiana, and New Jersey.

Leslie O'Leary
Leslie O’Leary
was appointed to the Phenylpropanolamine (PPA) Discovery Committee,
as well as the Science and Expert Committee; elected co-chair
of the ATLA Ephedra Litigation Group; and appointed to the national
Ephedra MDL Plaintiffs Coordinating Committee. She is
a member of the national Prempro MDL Discovery, Science and
Law Committees in the Prempro MDL.

Tom Powers
Tom Powers’s
practice focuses on toxic tort litigation, including thimerosal
and vaccine injuries and asbestos. He has worked on PPA, PPH
and hormone therapy litigation. He also handles claims involving
serious personal injuries caused by dangerous and defective
products, as well as general litigation claims involving serious
injuries.
