During the first 20 years of her practice, Linda represented more than a thousand injured workers and tried hundreds of cases in hearings before the Workers' Compensation Board.  Beginning in 2001, Linda has handled the firm's "Fen-Phen" Primary Pulmonary Hypertension (PPH) cases, along with partners Williams and O'Leary.  They successfully resolved cases for PPH clients who lived in Oregon, Washington, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma, Michigan, Rhode Island, Ohio, Utah, Louisiana, and New Jersey.

Leslie O’Leary was appointed to the Phenylpropanolamine (PPA) Discovery Committee, as well as the Science and Expert Committee; elected co-chair of the ATLA Ephedra Litigation Group; and appointed to the national Ephedra MDL Plaintiffs Coordinating Committee.  She is a member of the national Prempro MDL Discovery, Science and Law Committees in the Prempro MDL.
